The City Council of the City of Blue Mound will hold a Regular City Council Meeting Monday, June 17, 2019 in the City Hall Council Chambers at 301 Blue Mound Road at 7:00 P.M. for the following agenda:

1.    Call to Order / Invocation / Announcements - Mayor Hooks

2.       Citizens Participation (Limit to 3 Minutes – Complete Speakers request form and Submit to City Secretary before start of meeting)

3.       Discuss language concerning Family Medical Leave Act in the Employee Handbook as approved at the March 18, 2019 meeting

4.     Discuss and Consider Election of Mayor Pro-Tem

5.    Budget Workshop

6.    Discuss and Consider the Blue Mound Police Department including the Tarrant County Sheriff Department’s Proposal to Perform Contract Police Work in Blue Mound

7.    Discuss and Consider Moving Monthly Council Meetings from Every Third Monday to Every Third Tuesday of the Month

8.    Discuss and Consider Location of Blue Mound’s Annual Christmas Party

9.    Discuss and Consider Approval of HVAC Maintenance Agreement with Economy Systems.

10.     Discuss and Consider Departmental Monthly Reports for May, 2019

C.  Library visitors, books and materials loaned totals

12.   Discuss and Consider Approval of Corrections made to April 15, 2019 Meeting Minutes

13.   Discuss and Consider Approval of May 13, 2019 Meeting Minutes

14.   Discuss and Consider Approval of May 20, 2019 Meeting Minutes

15.   Adjourn

Note: The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development).
