The City Council of the City of Blue Mound will hold a Regular City Council Meeting Tuesday, January 20, 2015 in the City Hall Council Chambers at 301 Blue Mound Road at 7:00 P.M. for the following agenda:

• Discuss and Consider Resolution 13-14 Authorizing the Tarrant County Commissioner’s Court to Award the Bid for the Blue Mound 40th Year CDBG “Community Development Block Grant”, for the Globe Av “Gill St. to Americana Blvd.” Drainage Improvements to Reliable Paving, Inc. for a Base Bid A, Alone (Base Bid B Deducted) in the Amount of $137,755.00

• Discuss and Consider using Fire Lanes for Parking at 1601 Tyson St

• Discuss and Consider Business Certificates of Occupancy Permits for the Opening of Car Sales, From this Date Forward, to Require at Least 33,000 Square Feet on the Lot

• Discuss and Consider the Community Center Security Guards Authority to Carry a Lethal Weapon While on Duty

• Discuss and Consider Departmental Monthly Reports for November and December, 2014
