Notice of Blue Mound Public Hearing

A Special Called Public Hearing will be held 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 in the City of Blue Mound Council Chambers, 301 Blue Mound Rd to discuss and consider Community Development Block Grant 48^th year – Program Year 2022, Replacing approximately 1,180 lf of 2" water line with approximately 1,180 lf of 6" water line with new fittings, water valves and water services. Water line will be placed within the right-of-way of Fagan Drive, along the north side of the road, from Waggoman Road to Globe Avenue. Existing water meters to remain.

B. Consider and/or act on amending Ordinance No. 427 Chapter 1, Article 1.09, “Parks and Recreation” Section 1.09.003, “Use of Ball Fields”, by adding a discount provision for the extended use of city owned ball fields in certain circumstances.
