Regular City Council Meeting

Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City Council of the City of Blue Mound, Tarrant County, State of Texas, to be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at City Council Chambers for the purpose of considering the following items. The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed below, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.74 (Personal Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development) Any decision held on such matters will be taken or conducted in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.

All consent agenda items are routine by the City Council and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and voted on separately.

A.     Approve the minutes of the March 15, 2022, meeting.

B.      Consider and/or act on approving March 2022 Financial Report

7. INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION

A.     Consider and/or act on hiring Chassidy Mead as the City Secretary

B.      Consider and/or act on adopting the updated changes to the employee handbook. 

C.     Consider and/or act on adopting the Single- Family dwelling Rental Permit

D.      Consider and/or act on approving Folder/Stuffer equipment for City Hall. (City Administrative Budget)

E.      Consider and/or act on approving estimate(s) for dispatch consoles.
