8.      Discuss and Consider Ordinance 522 Superseding Ordinance 486, Establishing Restrictions on the Keeping of Domestic Fowl, Allowing a Limited Number of Chickens to be Kept Subject to Restrictions; Establishing a Penalty for Violations; Providing a Severability and Cumulative Clause; and Providing an Effective Date.
