E.  Public Works

4.      Discuss and Consider Approval of August, 2017 Accounts Payable

5.      Discuss and Consider Approval of August 21^st, 2017, August 31^st, 2017 and September 14^th, 2017 Meeting Minutes

6.      Adjourn
