Board of Adjustment and Appeals- Public Hearing 501 Globe Ave. October 20, 2020 6:30 pm

 

The Board of Adjustment and Appeals of the City of Blue Mound will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 301 S. Blue Mound Road, Blue Mound TX, 76131 at 6:30 P.M for a variance request for a carport to be located in the required side yard, within one foot of the property line, and to allow a covered walkway from the carport to the front porch, located at Lot 1 Block 9 of the Saginaw Park Addition Blue Mound Texas known as 501 Globe Ave

 

1.    Call to Order Mayor Hooks of the Board of Adjustment and Appeals

 

2.       Roll call

 

3.       Hold a public hearing and consider a variance request for a carport to be located in the required side yard within one foot of the side property line, and to allow a covered walkway from the carport to the front porch, located at Lot 1 Block 9 of the Saginaw Park Addition Blue Mound Texas commonly known as 501 Globe Ave.

 

4.       Adjourn
