Mayor of the City and authorizing the Mayor to discipline any employee of the
City in accordance with the City of Blue Mound Employee Handbook
6. Discuss and
consider amending the City of Blue Mound Employee Handbook to provide that the
Mayor is authorized to discipline any employee of the City in accordance with
the Employee Handbook and to modify the provisions of the Employee Handbook
consistent with the Mayor’s authorization

Chapter 13 , to add Article 13.07 Titled Municipal Drainage Utility System,
Providing for the Establishment of a Municipal Drainage Utility System;
Establishing the Billing and Payment of Stormwater (Drainage) Fees; Providing
Penalties and Remedies for Failure to Pay Fees; Providing Exemptions from and
Adjustment of Fees; Establishing Program Responsibilities; Providing Procedures
for Appeals; Providing that this Ordinance Shall be Cumulative of All
Ordinances; Providing a Severability Clause; and Providing an Effective Date
