to be Deposited into the Water Utility Note Account from the Water Utility
Revenues: Increasing the amount voted on with Resolution 15-12 on September 21st,
2015 from $35,800.00 Per Month to $43,800.00 Per Month to Compensate for the
Additional Debt Amount; and Agreement that the Utility Note Account “Aside from
Interest” May Not be Used for any Purpose Other than to Pay the Utility Notes

Services Agreement with New Gen Strategies and Solutions for Reviewing and
Updating Storm Water Fees

with HALFF Capital Associates, Inc. for Professional Engineering Services on a

Benjamin Pylant with HALFF Associates, Inc. - Engineers, Architects,

Article 2.04 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Blue Mound, Texas; Amending the
Procedures to be Followed for Impoundment of Certain Animals; Providing that
this Ordinance Shall be Cumulative of all Ordinances; Providing a Severability
Clause; Providing a Penalty for Violation; Providing for Publication; and
Providing an Effective Date

Discuss and Consider Monthly Employee Medical/Dental Insurance
Allowance to be Distributed Towards Medical and/or Dental, Including Spouse
and/or Children, if the Employee Chooses a Lesser amount of Insurance than the
Allocated Allowance
10. Discuss and
Consider Ordinance 525 Amending the Period of Time that Solicitor’s Licenses
Shall be Valid; Providing that the City Shall Issue Such Licenses; and
Providing that the Required Bond Shall be made Payable to the City of Blue
Mound. Texas; Providing that this Ordinance Shall be Cumulative of All
Ordinances; Providing a Severability Clause; Providing a Penalty for Violation;
Providing for Publication; and Providing an Effective Date

Consider Purchase of Police Vehicles
12. Discuss and
Consider “Trial” - Optional 4-day, 10 Hour Work Schedule for Departments and
Employees that Choose to Implement Such, Provided that all Normal Shifts are Covered
in a Professional Manner Throughout the Work Week, to be Moved out of Trial Era
and Into Permanent Within 3 Months, Provided the Trial Era is Successful. If
the Trial Era is Unsuccessful, The Optional 4-day, 10 Hour Work Schedule Shall
Revert to the 5-day 8 Hour Work Schedule. Success will be Determined by
Complaints from the Mayor, Council Members, Citizens and Co-Workers of a Lack
of Answering the Phones and/or Keeping up with Job Performance in a Timely
Manner
