The City Council of the City of Blue Mound will hold a Regular City Council Meeting and Public Hearings on Monday, August 21, 2017 in the City Hall Council Chambers at 301 Blue Mound Road at 7:00 P.M. for the following agenda:

1.    Call to Order / Invocation / Announcements

2.       Citizens Participation (Limit to 3 Minutes – Complete Speakers request form and Submit to City Secretary prior to the start of meeting)

3.       Discuss and Consider Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing Application for Financial Assistance from the Texas Water Development Board; Designating Certain Consultants; and Making Certain Findings in Connection Therewith.

4.       2^nd Public Hearing on Proposed City of Blue Mound Budget and Proposed Ad Valorem Property Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2017 – 2018

9.       Discuss and Consider Allied Waste Annual Rate Modification Increase Based on CPI and Disposal Costs, Increasing Residential Service to 2.75% and Commercial Service to 7.69%.

10.   Discuss and Consider Departmental Monthly Reports for July, 2017

B.  Fire local and mutual aid calls and training totals

11.   Discuss and Consider Approval of July, 2017 Accounts Payable

12.   Discuss and Consider Approval of July 17, 2017 – August 7^th, 2017 and August 14^th, 2017 Meeting Minutes

13.   Adjourn
