Mayor Hooks Signs Sales Agreement with Monarch Utilities / Southwest Water Company for the Purchase of the Water Utility System on January 6th, 2015, which also happened to be the Mayors Birthday! What a Wonderful Birthday Gift it is! The Mayor has Given Years of Time as Well as Blood, Sweat & Tears to Our Community, Not Only to Make This Happen, but to Better Our Community.
