Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City Council of the City of Blue Mound, Tarrant County, State of Texas, to be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at City Council Chambers for the purpose of considering the following items. The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations), 551.074 (Personnel Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development) Any decision held on such matters will be taken or conducted in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.

A. Approve the minutes of the November 16, 2021 meeting.
7. INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
A. Consider and/or act on Ordinance Number 568, amending the FY2020-2021 Budget.
B. Consider and/or act on approving December, 2021 Financial Report.
C. Consider and/or act on approving Resolution No. 22-02 amending the Employee Handbook under section ‘Regular Part-time Employees’ concerning holiday pay.
D. Consider and/or act on Resolution No. 22-01 approving the MOU for Public Facilities Improvements Using the Community Development Block Grant-Cares Act (CDBG-CV) Funds from Tarrant County.
