The City Council of the City of Blue Mound will hold a Regular City Council Meeting and Crime Control & Prevention District Board of Directors Meeting on Monday, January 21^st, 2019 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 301 S Blue Mound Road at 7:00 p.m. for the following agenda:

1.      Call to Order/Invocation – Mayor/President Hooks

2.      Citizen’s Participation

3.      Personal Appearance made by Kent Sharp, CPA to Present Audit Report for Fiscal Year 2017-2018

4.      Personal Appearance made by Rusty Steele to Present Audit Report for Fiscal Year’s 2016-2017 & 2017-2018

5.      Discuss and Consider Traffic Warrants and Procedures

6.      Discuss and Consider Installing Time Recording Equipment in all Departments

7.      Discuss and Consider Changing the Four Day Work Week back to Five Day Work Week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for the City Hall and Court Employees

8.      Discuss and Consider Resolution 19-01 Calling for a General Election to Elect the Offices of Mayor, City Council Place 1, Place 2, Place 3, Place 4 and Place 5; to be held on May 4^th, 2019; Approving for a Joint Election Agreement with Tarrant County; Establishing Procedures for the Election; and Providing an Effective Date

9.      Discuss and Consider Departmental Monthly Reports for November and December, 2018

A.  Police calls, arrests, and warrants totals

B.  Fire local and mutual aid calls and training totals

C.  Library visitors, books and materials loaned totals

D.  Community center, visitors, events, and activities totals

E.  Public Works

10.  Discuss and Consider Approval of November and December, 2018 Accounts Payable
