The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed below, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), 551.74 (Personal Matters), 551.076 (Deliberations about Security Devices) and 551.087 (Economic Development) Any decision held on such matters will be taken or conducted in Open Session following the conclusion of the Executive Session.

B.      Consider and/or act on accepting CDBG-CV Funds for new Senior Citizens Center

C.      Consider and/or act on adopting Certificate of Occupancy for business structures

D.     Consider and/or act on removing speed bumps on Globe Ave.

E.      Consider and/or act on raising rate for 2nd trash can from $9 to $9.50

F.      Consider and/or act on amending Ordinance #543 changing from 3 to 6 chickens

G.     Consider and/or act on mandatory sterilization for cats.

H.     Consider and/or act on adopting an ordinance to reject Oncor price increase request

B.     Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code the City Council will convene into Executive Session to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee – the City Secretary.

Notice of Blue Mound Public Hearing

 A Special Called Public Hearing will be held 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 in the City of Blue Mound Council Chambers, 301 Blue Mound Rd to discuss and consider Community Development Block Grant 48th year – Program Year 2022, Replacing approximately 1,180 lf of 2" water line with approximately 1,180 lf of 6" water line with new fittings, water valves and water services. Water line will be placed within the right-of-way of Fagan Drive, along the north side of the road, from Waggoman Road to Globe Avenue. Existing water meters to remain.
