NOTICE OF BLUE MOUND PUBLIC HEARING


The Blue Mound City Council will hold a public hearing on February 18, 2020 at 6:30p.m. at 301 Blue Mound Road, to discuss the following ordinance provisions which would amend the City’s Zoning Ordinance if approved:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLUE MOUND, TEXAS AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, EXHIBIT A TO CHAPTER 14, “ZONING” OF THE BLUE MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES; BY AMENDING SECTION 10, “E” COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO ALLOW AUTOMOBILE, MOTORCYCLE AND TRAILER SALES, OR SALES OR RENTAL AREAS AS A PERMITTED USE AND REQUIRE THAT LOT AREAS FOR AUTOMOBILE SALES OR RENTALS ARE AT LEAST 33,000 SQUARE FEET; BY AMENDING SECTION 12, “F” COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO REQUIRE A MINIMUM SIZE OF 33,000 SQUARE FEET FOR AUTOMOBILE SALE OR RENTAL AREAS; PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

NOTICE OF BLUE MOUND PUBLIC HEARING

A Special Called Public Hearing will be held 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 in the City of Blue Mound Council Chambers, 301 Blue Mound Road, to discuss and consider Community Development Block Grant 46th year – Program Year 2020, replacing approximately 1,150 linear feet of 2-inch water line with approximately 1,150 linear feet of 6-inch water line with new fittings, water valves and water services, from a 6-inch water line in Blue Mound Road to a 6-inch water line in Waggoman Street. Water line will be placed within the right-of-way of Fagan Drive, along the north side of the road, from Blue Mound Road to Waggoman Road. Existing water meters will remain.

1-21-2020 City Council Meeting










The City Council of the City of Blue Mound will hold a Regular City Council Meeting Tuesday, January 21, 2019 in the City Hall Council Chambers at 301 Blue Mound Road at 6:30 P.M. Up to the First Thirty Minutes of the Meeting will be a Public Work Session for Staff Briefing and Council Discussion of Agenda Items Listed Below:
